Impact Fees Information
Impact fees are essential investments in our community's future. This is a fee, not a tax, that is imposed by local government on a new or proposed development project to pay for all or a portion of the costs of providing public services to the new development. Impact fees collected for Fire Protection and EMS services provide funding for essential public safety infrastructure needed by the Mountain Green Fire Protection District to handle the increase in calls that new growth will create. By ensuring that new growth supports the necessary expansion of our facilities, we maintain the safety and resilience of the entire district.
Fee Schedule:
Residential: $346
